Telford Mind Counselling – Making an Impact
What is Counselling?
Counselling is talking therapy. Our Counsellors and psychotherapist work with people to help them make sense of what is going on for them. To understand their feelings and to work out ways to tackle their problems.
Who do we work with?
Our team work with both adults and Children aged 5 and upwards as well as offering relationship counselling for couples. Some children we see in their school, others at our base at Court Street Medical Practice. With children we use play to help them express their emotions. We have appointments available in the day and some evenings.
Our counsellors have worked with clients dealing with many different issues, at all ages from children to adults. It’s hard to put down a comprehensive list of things that people might want to see a counsellor about, we’re here to work with you whatever is causing distress. To give you some idea here’s just some of the reasons our clients have come to us in the past, but please get in touch with whatever is going on in your life.
