Perinatal Mental Health Project

Our Perinatal Mental Health (PNMH) service supports parents and parents-to-be across Telford and Wrekin.

We offer emotional and practical help during pregnancy and up to two years after birth, connecting families to local support and opportunities to build confidence, wellbeing, and connection.

PNMH Social Prescribing Service

Our Social Prescribing team provides tailored, one-to-one support for parents during pregnancy and the early postnatal period.
We help families access practical, emotional, and community support, from wellbeing activities to parenting advice, so you can feel confident and connected.

How it works:

  • Referral from your GP, midwife, health visitor, or self-referral
  • One-to-one sessions to identify your needs and goals
  • Connection to local resources, peer support, and community activities
  • Flexible support in spaces that suit your needs
